Why so thin skinned?

Why are Bushies so thin skinned about critisism of ole G'Dub? The overwhelming majority of America thinks he's ballzed up the country (Presidents have little to do with the economy, that includes Clinton) as a whole and our military specifically along with so many other things.





Ya'll just don't seem to be able to deal with the fact that he's blown it and America has, finally, woken up. Why can't you handle the truth about him? Why so thin skinned?

I will give credit to republicans for one thing, their ability to stick together. It is also the cause of their downfall for insisting on backing a failed leadership. Their apparent lack of ability to think for themselves and see reality for what it really is never ceases to amaze me, talk about herd mentality. What I also find amazing is how they constantly whine about disrespecting our President, yet have absolutely no qualms about bashing Clinton. I have to presume he wasn't their President.

Reply:I not only detest george bush but consider him the biggest traitor to America in recorded history. However when you say the majority of America you must bear in mind that these are folks who change direction more often than John Kerry. The reason so many poloticians "Flip Flop" is because americans change their minds more often than their socks.

Reply:president has a lot to do with the economy he set the budget and congress has to approve it and he can veto it he goes to congress to raise taxes,he make trade agreement Bush people are thin skin because their spoiled brat who don't go to church and talk about morals,thy get drunk and take drug and have kids that have abortion they start wars and want the poor people in the U.S. to fight their sick people
Reply:Considering Lincolns "rating" would have (and Was) considerably Less than GW at this point ( in equal time divisions) and Considering He is revered as one of the Best Presidents of all time, I am Quite sure Mr. Bush will be considered Great in the Future. He realizes we are at war.








OK all the south hated him so that is 40% and all the Northern Democrats ran McClellan against Him. so that leaves him 30 Percent overall left, then the republican party believed he had No chance and fronted several Others Instead of Him for the second term. so figure he had 20% just before Getttysburg. Even after that they did not want to have him at Gettysburgs dedication because he was well hated. Based on all that I would have given him around 18% just before Gettysburg. Also throw in the Fact that NJ voted against Him and New york Practically went to war against Him.








well No Polls to speak of or that I have found as of yet. I think History backs me up though....
Reply:You must be new to the political arena because there are people in both parties that have this problem. You are right about the economy but when the economy is good the party that is in power jumps right in and takes credit and how many times have the candidates used the economy as a part of their campaign. We have been conditioned to win at every thing we do and just as we stick with our favorite team win or lose we do the same with our political party.
