Do intense pulsed light and chemical peels thin the skin?

Stonger chemical peels such as TCA (trichloroacetic acid) or phenol can thin the skin especially in higher doses, as can laser resurfacing.


Weaker peels such as gycolic acids probably not


IPL targets and destroys pigment, not the skin so it probably does not thin the skin
