Get a potato and try it. After two hours you could have had your answer. As it is, this question was posted 12 hours ago, and this is the first response.





I can tell you this though. It depends on the water. Is it distilled water, hard water, or ??? Plants will react differently depending on the concentration of compounds in the water.
