Thin Layer Of Skin On Lips! Please Help!!!!!?

I've tried everything! I've tried using a toothbrush,a wash cloth, sugar and vaseline, sugar and honey! Nothing is working! I just got some mint Carmex lip balm tonight(first time getting this product)and I've applied it,but the skin is scrunched up now,and more noticable! I drink alot of water(I'm not overdoing it though)and cut out sugar(okay,I'll have some every now and then, but not near as often as I used too). Any suggestions??? Please help me!!!!!

maybe u should ask a doctor i've never heard of something like that just keep applying your carmex lip balm for now.
Reply:It's not that you are dehydrated, and not eating sugar is not giong to do anything. You might not have enough essential nutrients in your diet. Folic Acid is VERY important, it helps all th main functions in your body. What you probably need is vitamin B. It can be in pill form, or found in leafy green vegetables, like spinach, kale, seaweed(like nori) and also avocados. By adding more of these into your diet, you can expect to see results of more beautiful skin and hair. But even if you try these suggestions, it still might not work for you. If this is not working by 2 to 4 weeks, or a little longer, you might want to see a dermatologist. I hope that you can resolve your problem! God Bless!
Reply:Just keep it healthily moisturized, but don't lick your lips when you're outside. Carmex should help, if not, Blistex has a special kind of chapstick that helps with really chapped lips. Idk what it's called, but I know it's out there. But just stay on top of it: before you go to sleep, all throughout the day, especially while you're outside. Try getting a chapstick with SPF-whatever in it. (sunscreen) and that should help a lot.
