Whenever that happens, I take a really hot shower, and wash my face in the shower with a microscrub- like St. Ives apricot face wash- cuz it has little exfoliating beads.
Once you get out of the shower, try to coax the little pimple to pop, by using tissue, starting underneath the pimple area, slowly and firmly push up with your nail (with the tissue, no skin to skin contact)
If it pops, then apply firm pressure to stop any bleeding, and rub it over with some astringent with salicylic acid- this will make any swelling shrink, and will stop bleeding or pimple pus to flow.
After that, don't mess with it anymore, but apply astringent twice daily to the area.
It's really hard to get rid of a pimple without popping it, but if u must, this is a really good way to do it.

thats a really delicate area.
you should see a skin consultant. they can make it go away fastest.
If not.
Use a mother load of make up!
