Paring thin brown cocunut skin?

what is the method use to scalps off the thin and brownish skin of deshelled coconut flesh?.is there any technology to do this without doing it manual?

I could never get it off so I just grated and then toasted the coconut and didn't worry about it. However, you could try using a vegetable peeler and or the cheese slicer that looks similar to a vegetable peeler, just be careful not to cut yourself.
