Why do thin layers of skin come off inside my mouth?

it happens randomly (but regularly enough to bother me). i'll just feel something goopy in my mouth and when i take it out, i'm pretty sure it's loose skin.. not mucous or food..

Why do thin layers of skin come off inside my mouth?
I would try a natural toothpaste that does not contain sodium laural sulfate. Go to your vitamin store and find one. My cousin was getting mouth ulcers constantly and that cured them.
Reply:This happens to me when I use certain toopaste brands...I don't know what the deal is. Maybe your eating/drinking or using something that is causing it. Pay attention to exactly what you put in your mouth before it happens and maybe you can pin point the reason. Good luck.
Reply:You have damaged the inside of your mouth. Eating hot food can burn the lining tissue of your mouth and can cause the problem you describe. Also certain things will cause damage to the inside of your mouth and the skin will peel.
