Reply:Beauty has nothing to do with race or the temperature of one's skin or the degree of one's hirsutism. Beauty is a healthy mind and spirit in a healthy body. I have known and dated many beautiful black people but part of their beauty was they never felt a need to compete with my beauty. There are beautiful blacks and beautiful whites, just as beauty comes in tall and short, male and female, slender and curvaceous.
Reply:Darker skin historically is associated with people who have enough wealth and leisure time to vacation in warm places. That is the origination of why being pale is less accepted than having what he all call and revere as a healthy glow. As far as hair is concerned, hair can be considered an adornment to dress in many cultures, it too can be seen as a sign of good health and living a life of leisure. In the past those who could not afford to care for their hair, would struggle with lice infestations or scabies, thus almost making a healthy head or hair a blessing, which today most people still consider it as a nice thing to have.
