Can you get ink poisoning from a tattoo on veiny skin? (ex. inner wrist)?

Is is possible to get ink poisoning from tattoos on areas that have thin skin and veins close to the surface, such as your inner wrist?

No; but you may be allergic to what they give you.





It is always possible that you could go into anaphactic shock.





Systemic toxicity could however arise if introvenous injection occurs
Reply:The type of ink used for a tattoo in non toxic unless your getting it in jail in which case aids and hepatitis would be bigger concerns.
Reply:The tattoo needle just punches your dermis; it doesn't go deep enough to hit veins. If it did hit a vein, it would bleed a lot and be hard to miss.
