How i can get thin body skin?

Hi all i have v thick skin body,in fact i am use to go in gym and i got some muscle,specially abbs but they are not clear because i have thick skin


please can u tell me that how i can get thin skin,i mean can i get this through any exercises or with any bodybuilding tablets





i shall be thankful for any help

Your skin %26amp; color of your eyes plus the nature of your physical make-up is determined by your DNA...As Popeye once said (I am what I am)....Dont worry about thick skin !! Its probably more of a plus in your life then you think !!


Thick skin can not be changed !!...

im 18 now...i was pretty chubby in age 13-16


now im pretty skinny ...body wise, but my face and neck etc...are still somewhat chubby..


how to get rid of it...the fastest and most effective?

you will have to eat lots of protien and fiber to take the fat out of your facial area. lots of broccoli salads spinach etc. are very good sources, high in fiber, and protiens like chicken breasts salmon fish and seafoods.protien will tighten the fats in your face and elsewhere and makes it appear less full. try to omit all fatty foods for about 1 month, and you will see a difference. foods to snack on while on this diet is popcorn, nuts and any thing high in fiber. its not really a diet for you to lose weight but just to tone you up in your face, so you can have whatever snacks you want at least 2 - 3 times a week!


a menu like this will help:


morning: 2 egg whites scrambled, oatmeal, 1c strawberries


lunch: chicken salad,


snack: nuts


dinner: grilled salmon, 1c broccoli


this is an example of about the amount of fiber youll need daily for 1 month, you can use olive oil and make sure to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water. add snacks for extra calories
